Key Responsibilities:

Pre- and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying responsibilities.

Preparation of cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation.

Conducting cost analysis and value engineering.

Managing project finances, including forecasting and reporting.

Advising on procurement strategies and contract management.

Resolving contractual and commercial issues.

Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying.

8-10 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

RICS qualified.

Proven track record of managing projects in the specified sectors.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methods.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
