Responsibilities

• Manage variations, change orders, and claims, ensuring timely negotiation and robust entitlement protection.

• Produce detailed CVRs, cash flow forecasts, risk registers, and senior-level financial reports.

• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract placement, commercial administration, and payment processes.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the onsite QS team, promoting a proactive and disciplined commercial approach.

Criteria for the Role

• Experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor within a subcontracting or main contracting environment.

• Strong background in M&E systems with experience delivering commercial management on data centres, pharmaceutical, or fast-track technical projects.

• Excellent financial and contractual acumen, with strong negotiation and analytical capability.
