We are partnered with a well-established Tier 3 main contractor based in North-West Dublin, delivering high-quality building and remediation projects across the capital. The business has built a strong reputation across specialist sectors including fire remediation, defect resolution, small-scale new builds, and school projects.
With project values typically up to €1m and occasional schemes reaching €4.5m, the company maintains a consistent pipeline of work across Dublin. Following continued growth and recent investment in strengthening its pre-construction function, the organisation is expanding its delivery team to support an increasing workload.
All projects are Dublin-based, providing stable regional work within a structured and well-managed contractor environment.
What They Are Looking For
The business is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing delivery team in Dublin. Reporting to senior leadership and working closely with commercial and estimating teams, this role will take responsibility for managing multiple live projects across remediation, retrofit, and small-scale new-build environments.
The position has been created due to continued project wins and expansion. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery from planning through to handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and within budget while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.
This opportunity will suit an ambitious construction professional with early project management experience who is looking to take ownership of smaller schemes while developing within a fast-paced and supportive contractor environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of multiple projects valued up to €4.5m from pre-construction through to completion.

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor programme, progress, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee quality control and ensure works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications.

Support commercial teams with procurement coordination, variations, and cost control.

Prepare and maintain project reports, including progress updates and programme tracking.
Criteria for the Role

2–5 years’ experience in a Project Management, Site Engineer, or similar role within a contractor environment.

Exposure to remediation, retrofit, or small-scale new-build projects.

Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Good communication skills and confidence working with site and office teams.

Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
