Job Description
About Our Client / The Business We Are Partnered With
We are partnered with a well-established, London-based SME cost consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial advice across private-sector development, prime residential, commercial offices, mixed-use schemes and select public-sector programmes. The firm has grown steadily through repeat clients, personal relationships and a reputation for rigour, transparency and senior-level engagement on every commission.
Operating with a boutique, partner-led delivery model, the business provides a level of attention, flexibility and commercial insight that differentiates it from larger corporate consultancies. Their clients include developers, family offices, asset managers and architects seeking a trusted cost advisor capable of supporting complex, design-led and commercially sensitive projects across London and the South East.
With a robust pipeline and strategic growth ambitions, the consultancy is strengthening its leadership structure to support increased demand for senior-level advisory and project oversight.
The Opportunity
The business is seeking an accomplished Partner to join its London leadership team and play a central role in driving project excellence, managing key client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the practice. This is a rare opportunity within an SME environment—offering genuine influence, autonomy and a clear pathway toward equity participation.
The role suits a commercially aware, relationship-driven leader who enjoys a hands-on, client-facing role while contributing to the strategic direction, operational performance and long-term development of the consultancy.
