As Operations Director, you will sit at the heart of the business, providing strategic and operational leadership across all delivery functions. You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, playing a central role in shaping operational strategy, driving efficiency and ensuring the business has the people, processes and systems in place to deliver at the highest level.

Day to day, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, estimators, fabricators and installation crews, ensuring seamless coordination across every stage of the project lifecycle — from initial design development and engineering sign-off through to fabrication scheduling, logistics and on-site delivery. The integrated nature of the business means no two projects are the same, and the role demands a leader who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Projects range from high-rise commercial glazing schemes to bespoke architectural installations, all requiring a high level of technical precision and close collaboration with clients, architects, structural engineers and main contractors. You will be expected to maintain and develop these key relationships, acting as a senior point of contact and technical authority for the business.

Based in Dublin with regular travel to project sites, this is a highly visible, high-impact leadership role within a specialist business where your contribution will be felt across every aspect of operations.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across design, engineering, manufacturing and installation functions
• Oversee the full project delivery lifecycle, ensuring quality, programme and commercial targets are consistently achieved
• Lead, develop and performance-manage a multidisciplinary team across all operational departments
• Drive continuous improvement across production, scheduling, resource planning and delivery processes
• Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, main contractors and design teams on complex facade projects
• Manage operational budgets and cost performance, working closely with the commercial team to protect and improve margins
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and quality management standards across all operations
• Collaborate with the leadership team on business strategy, capacity planning and new market opportunities
• Develop and embed systems and processes that support scalability as the business continues to grow

• Senior operations leadership experience within a specialist facade, glazing, curtain walling or building envelope contractor
• Strong technical grounding in glazed facade systems — covering design, engineering, fabrication and installation
• Proven ability to lead and develop large, multidisciplinary teams across integrated manufacturing and construction environments
• Demonstrable track record of delivering complex, high-value projects on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality
• Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing operational budgets and driving margin performance
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate confidently at client, consultant and board level
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred
