Key Responsibilities:

• Pre- and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying responsibilities.

• Preparation of cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation.

• Conducting cost analysis and value engineering.

• Managing project finances, including forecasting and reporting.

• Advising on procurement strategies and contract management.

• Resolving contractual and commercial issues.

• Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.

• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.

• 8-10 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

• RICS qualified.

• Proven track record of managing projects in the specified sectors.

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methods.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
