Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost plans, variations, and claims
• Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure commercial success
• Negotiate contracts and resolve commercial disputes

Ideal Candidate:

• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification
• 8- 10 years experience in the construction industry, preferably in data centers or similar projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel and work in different European countries
